第一步：向威久咨询留学相关事宜；
第二步：请美国咨询专家针对考生情况制定特色的双保险计划；
第三步：签订合同，并配合参加相应的英语测试和大学面试；
第四步：在专家的指导和帮助下，向相关大学递交申请材料；
第五步：获得大学录取通知书，减轻心理压力，轻松备战高考； 若学生参加2012年高考并被教育部公示的"211"重点大学录取为2012年新生，从而放弃美国留学，则学生可以凭录取通知书原件、合同原件、缴费收据原件向威久申请退费。
威久在收到学生的退费申请和上述材料后的15个工作日内办理退费。 第七步：根据高考成绩和家庭意见选择国内大学或国外大学。选择国外大学，您可以继续办理留学签证手续；选择国内大学，您可以根据合同与公司办理退费手续。
