Princeton阅读建议：

阅读步骤一(step one)：Read for the main idea.(理清段落主要意思)

1)Always read the first sentence of a paragraph carefully, It’s the key to understand entire paragraph.When you’ve identified the main idea, it’s a good idea to jot down a couple of key words to encapsulate it.

对于段落的第一句话一定要仔细阅读，它往往是你理解整个段落大意的关键所在。当你理解了段落大意之后，可以把其中的关键词简要记录一下，这样在你回过头看该段落时就能很快的想起来它所表达的意思，为你节省答题时间。

2)Once you know what the paragraph is about, it isn’t necessary to pay a lot of attention to the other sentences in the paragraph

当你读到已经能够大概了解该段落的意思时，就不必再花费大量时间在该段落上，直接开始读下一段。

3)Think of this as variable speed reading understand the main idea, speed up, as to details, who cares?

在阅读过程中重要的是既能够快速找到段落的主要意思，对于每句话的意思是什么没有人有时间去逐句理解。

阅读步骤二(step two)：As you read, look for structural signposts(边读边找标志性的词汇)

1) Trigger words(“however”,”but”) aways signal a change in the direction of a passage

目标词汇，如“however”“but”之类的词经常会被作为一个段落的转折点。
